The Internet Architecture Board (IAB) has extended the current nomination period in hopes of finding more candidates / volunteers for the RFC Series Editor (RSE) and Independent Submissions Editor (ISE) positions.

We noticed an email sent to us from Bill Manning via NANOG today requesting input on DNS scaling and the impact on the root of adding IPv6 records, new TLDs (Top Level Domains) and security records and other impending changes to the system. Mr. Mannning’s message is included.
